I'm having trouble with the code given to load the data it doesn't seem to be working for me

just ignore the given code since i think it is used to generate the files already given(train,test,traintagets).Try to create your own train and test.
Then what should I do considering the target data is more than the feature
If you could brief me on the how to organise the data I'll appreciate
