Since I downloaded the app, it has refused to log me in. It is telling me wrong Id or password. I clicked forgot password. This is supposed to send me a code on my email but yet no code. Checked spam email. Nothing. what can I do now?
Maybe try creating a new account
That didn't work
Did you first sign up?
Sure
Hey , just to confirm are you using the same email, used during signup?
Yes I did
I might just have to delete the app and cancel participation.
